Clinical Training Assistant

About the role

This is a hands‑on role combining patient care, clinical training and practical support for SOZO training center and partner clinics. Following structured training, you will work alongside SOZO physicians and take ownership of assigned tasks, from preparation through to completion, within your training and clinical supervision. The role involves regular international travel and periods abroad.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare patients and treatment environments, assist physicians during assessments and treatment sessions, and maintain accurate documentation.
• Set up neuromodulation equipment and support its use and patient monitoring under clinical supervision, following SOZO training procedures.
• Prepare materials and equipment for clinical training and support physicians during practical demonstrations and workshops for partner teams abroad.
• Help partner clinics adopt SOZO’s protocols and workflows, follow up on assigned actions, and escalate questions or challenges to the relevant team.
• Contribute to training materials and maintain clear communication between partner clinics and SOZO’s Clinical & Education Team.

Required profile

• Degree in Neuroscience, Neuropsychology, Nursing, Physiotherapy or a related field.
• Strong interest in neuroscience and patient care with a basic understanding of neuroanatomy and neurophysiology.
• Previous clinical, neuromodulation or teaching experience is an advantage but not essential.
• Fluent English; additional languages (German, Arabic, Greek) are a plus.
• Willingness to travel internationally and valid EU work authorization.
