Client Relationship Manager – Spanish Speaker

About the role

Join IC as a Client Relationship Manager – Spanish Speaker, supporting clients through onboarding and managing ongoing relationships. This full‑time, on‑site position in Limassol offers the chance to work in a fast‑paced FinTech environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist clients throughout the onboarding process and educate them on the company’s trading platforms and products.
• Proactively contact clients by phone and email to promote services and handle incoming queries.
• Maintain detailed records of client communications and ensure KPIs are met.
• Research regional business opportunities and support various departments as needed.
• Manage personal workflow and undertake additional tasks required for job success.

Required profile

• Fluent Spanish speaker with professional verbal and written English.
• At least one year of experience in the Forex industry in a similar role.
• Client‑focused with strong negotiation and customer service skills.
• Dynamic, self‑motivated and able to work independently and in a team.
• Willing to work a shift‑based schedule in a regulated environment.

Required skills

• Understanding of financial markets and trading, preferably foreign exchange.
