Client Relationship Manager (Italian Speaker)

About the role

Swissquote, an online financial and trading services provider serving more than 500,000 clients, is looking for a Client Relationship Manager fluent in Italian to join its team. The role suits someone who enjoys delivering excellent service, has strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail.

Key responsibilities

• Help clients amend and update their documentation and personal information.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Provide accurate product information and educate clients on features, benefits and usage of the services.
• Offer guidance and troubleshooting so clients get the best results.
• Respond quickly and accurately to customer queries about products, services and technical issues.
• Support new customers during onboarding.
• Work with Back Office and Compliance teams to resolve complex issues and ensure a seamless customer experience.

Required profile

• BSc/BA in Finance, Business Administration, Law or a related field.
• 1-2 years of prior experience in a similar position.
• Fluency in English and Italian; Greek is an advantage, as is any other EU language.
• An AML and/or CySEC certificate is an advantage but not required.
• Excellent analytical, communication and organisational skills, and the ability to work under pressure and solve problems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with high attention to detail and confidentiality.

Required skills

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
