Chief Commercial Officer

About the role

bbf, a fast‑growing property company operating in Cyprus and Greece, is looking for a Chief Commercial Officer to provide strategic oversight across sales, marketing, commercial‑real‑estate operations and international business development. The role works closely with functional directors to drive growth, operational excellence and a high‑performing culture.

Key responsibilities

• Define and steer the strategic direction for all sales channels, ensuring alignment with project timelines, unit release strategies and revenue targets.
• Lead high‑level marketing strategy, collaborating with the Marketing Director on integrated campaigns that support project launches and brand positioning.
• Provide strategic guidance for commercial assets, partnering with the Commercial Real Estate Director to optimise leasing, tenant mix and long‑term property value.
• Set and execute international market expansion priorities, working with the Business Development Director to grow relationships with global real‑estate agencies and brokers.
• Inspire and manage multi‑functional teams, guiding directors in talent development, accountability and results‑driven performance.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in a real‑estate development or property‑management environment.
• Strong understanding of residential and commercial development cycles, sales processes and go‑to‑market strategies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing or related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus.
• High integrity, collaborative leadership style and resilience in a dynamic market.
