Business Development Supervisor

About the role

IronFX, a global leader in online trading, is looking for a Business Development Supervisor to drive growth and performance of its Business Development operations. The role involves coordinating and supporting a team of Business Development professionals, building relationships with Introducing Brokers and partners, and contributing to revenue growth across assigned markets.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and support a team of Business Development Managers/Executives to achieve individual and team targets.
• Identify, acquire and develop new Introducing Brokers (IBs), affiliates, partners and other business opportunities.
• Maintain and expand relationships with existing IBs and key partners to increase trading activity and revenue.
• Monitor pipelines, partner activity, conversions, deposits, trading volumes and overall commercial performance.
• Coach, mentor and provide ongoing guidance to improve sales and business development capabilities.
• Participate in negotiations and meetings with prospective and existing high‑value partners.
• Collaborate with the COO and CEO to implement commercial strategies and expansion plans.
• Represent IronFX at industry events, expos, seminars and networking meetings.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of Business Development experience in the Forex/Online Trading industry.
• Previous experience in a team‑lead or supervisory role.
• Proven track record of developing and managing Introducing Broker networks and B2B partnerships.
• Strong understanding of Forex/CFD partner acquisition and client acquisition models.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
• Willingness to travel internationally when required.
