Business Development Manager (Russian Speaker)

About the role

QORE is looking for a driven Business Development Manager (Russian Speaker) to grow its client base within the high‑risk payments space. Based in Limassol, Cyprus, the role is primarily office‑based with a hybrid arrangement and involves frequent international travel to meet clients and attend industry events.

Key responsibilities

• Convert and manage assigned leads through face‑to‑face meetings, email outreach and video calls.
• Represent QORE at international expos and conventions, generating and following up on new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain a professional network within the payments and high‑risk merchant sector.
• Keep the CRM fully organised, tracking lead activity, pipeline stages and client communications.
• Negotiate commercial terms and contracts, ensuring alignment with company policies.
• Act as the first point of contact for clients on technical integration, explaining the process while internal teams provide detailed support.
• Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
• Provide regular reporting on pipeline status, conversion rates and market feedback.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and Russian.
• Proven background in business development, sales or account management.
• Knowledge or experience in the high‑risk payments industry.
• Comfortable with frequent international travel for expos and client meetings.
• Strong negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Confident communicator across in‑person, written and video channels.
• Highly organised with good CRM discipline.
