Business Development Manager – Iran & Turkey

About the role

IronFX is seeking a Business Development Manager to expand its presence in Iran and Turkey. You will work closely with internal teams to design and implement growth strategies, build partner networks, and increase revenue streams across the FX market.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and nurture relationships with prospective partners, Introducing Brokers (IBs), and affiliates.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive dynamics, and growth opportunities.
• Leverage existing partner relationships to generate new business.
• Represent IronFX on business trips to raise brand awareness and network with partners.
• Achieve and exceed monthly targets, contributing to overall company performance.

Required profile

• Proven business development experience within the FX industry.
• Native or fluent proficiency in both Farsi and Turkish.
• Own portfolio of contacts is an advantage.
• Banking or PSP experience is a plus.
• Strong negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
