Business Development Executive – Marketing (Nicosia)

About the role

We are looking for a Business Development Executive with a focus on marketing to join our team in Nicosia. The role involves driving customer acquisition, executing marketing campaigns and supporting export‑related business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the annual marketing plan.
• Set and monitor targets for customer acquisition.
• Plan, coordinate and execute marketing campaigns.
• Prepare and distribute newsletters to targeted customers via the CRM system.
• Conduct market research and identify potential new customers.
• Support business development initiatives to expand the customer base.

Required profile

• University degree in Marketing or a related field.
• Previous experience in a business environment, preferably in the export sector.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of CRM and ERP systems.
• Good understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
