Business Analyst – Financial Operations (Global Projects)

About the role

We are a leading trading platform expanding globally and seeking a Business Analyst to join our Operations team. The role focuses on financial operations for a worldwide project, acting as the bridge between business and technology to design and deliver scalable system enhancements.

Key responsibilities

• Elicit, document, and validate business requirements across multiple stakeholders and regions.
• Map current-state processes and define target operating models for system uplift, standardisation, and automation.
• Partner with Product, Operations, and Technology teams to translate requirements into functional and technical specifications.
• Lead reconciliation‑related initiatives, including global rollout of a new reconciliation tool and design of stock, crypto, and card‑issuing reconciliation frameworks.
• Define end‑to‑end reconciliation workflows, data requirements, exception handling, and reporting outputs.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure accurate implementation of business requirements.
• Maintain project visibility, timelines, deliverables, and governance, producing BA documentation such as BRDs, process flows, data mappings, and impact analyses.

Required profile

• Solid experience in the financial services or technology sector.
• Proven ability to analyse complex processes and workflows.
• Experience acting as a liaison between business and technical teams.
• Project‑focused mindset with strong documentation and communication skills.
