B2B Sales Representative (Pharmacy Channel)

Key responsibilities

• Develop new client relationships and manage existing accounts in line with company strategy.
• Conduct daily visits to pharmacy clients to present and promote the company’s products.
• Travel to regional areas approximately 5–6 days per month.
• Implement merchandising activities to optimize product visibility and sales.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on competitor activities and market trends.
• Drive sales growth and consistently achieve assigned targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of successful experience in a similar role within the industry.
• Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Dynamic personality with team spirit, ambition, and strong work ethic.
• Results‑oriented with persistence and determination.
• Excellent command of both Greek and English and strong computer literacy.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Professional integrity, reliability, and confidentiality.
