Audit Manager / Assistant Manager

About the role

We are expanding our audit practice in Nicosia and Limassol and are looking for an ambitious Audit Manager or Assistant Manager to lead client engagements and develop our people. Reporting to a Partner, you will manage a diverse portfolio of clients while ensuring high‑quality, timely delivery of audit services.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of audit engagements, overseeing timelines, deliverables, scope and budget.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, working with the Partner to provide commercially focused solutions.
• Support business development activities, including proposal preparation and presentations.
• Lead, coach and develop team members, fostering a collaborative, high‑performance culture.
• Ensure compliance with firm policies, professional standards and quality controls.
• Stay informed on market trends, regulatory changes and best practices relevant to audit and finance.

Required profile

• Qualified ACA or ACCA professional with at least two years of post‑qualification experience in practice.
• Demonstrated integrity and alignment with CLEARR values (Collaboration, Leadership, Excellence, Agility, Respect, Responsibility).
• Strong drive for personal and professional growth, taking ownership of assignments and client relationships.
• Positive attitude, high sense of responsibility and a team‑oriented mindset.
