Associate Accountant (Limassol)

About the role

Marsh is seeking an Associate Accountant to join its team in Limassol (Michaelides). The role supports day‑to‑day accounting operations with a strong focus on reconciliations, accuracy, and timely delivery in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform bank reconciliations, investigate variances, and ensure timely clearance of outstanding items.
• Complete supplier and customer reconciliations, identify discrepancies, and follow up to support resolution.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documentation in line with internal controls and processes.
• Prepare routine reports and analyses using Microsoft Office tools, primarily Excel.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external parties to support service delivery and resolve issues efficiently.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance accuracy, controls, and process efficiency.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
• Hands‑on experience with bank reconciliations.
• Hands‑on experience with supplier and customer reconciliations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (strong Excel skills preferred).
• Experience in a multinational environment is a strong advantage.
