Ad Network Account Manager – Online Marketing

About the role

TechBiz Global is seeking a motivated Ad Network Account Manager to join our client’s growing team in Limassol. You will work closely with advertisers to drive success in their online marketing campaigns and ensure high client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Build and expand a portfolio of online advertising clients, fostering strong relationships for retention.
• Monitor and analyse campaign performance, identifying gaps and recommending actionable improvements.
• Generate and interpret detailed campaign reports using Excel, Google Sheets, and other web analytics tools.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing support via chat, email, and ticketing systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including publishers, to resolve issues and meet client needs.
• Conduct market research on trends, competitor strategies, and new opportunities to help clients achieve their goals.

Required profile

• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
