Account Manager – VIP Player Relations (Cyprus)

About the role

SixValues is seeking an Account Manager to nurture relationships with high‑value players in the iGaming sector. Based in Cyprus, you will act as the primary point of contact for VIP customers, ensuring they receive personalised service and memorable experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with VIP players, acting as their trusted advisor.
• Design and deliver tailored offers, promotions and premium support to enhance player satisfaction.
• Communicate with players via phone, chat or email, providing timely and professional assistance.
• Monitor player activity, anticipate needs and propose proactive solutions to boost engagement.
• Develop and implement loyalty programmes and retention strategies aimed at increasing player lifetime value.
• Collaborate with finance, marketing and customer‑service teams to continuously improve the VIP experience.
• Ensure compliance with responsible‑gaming regulations and internal policies.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Experience or strong understanding of the iGaming industry and VIP player expectations.
• Customer‑obsessed mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
• Analytical aptitude to interpret player data and identify trends.
• Effective problem‑solving skills and the ability to act diplomatically under pressure.
• Highly organised, proactive and capable of managing multiple high‑value accounts simultaneously.
