Account Manager & Customer Support Specialist (Korean Speaker)

About the role

IronFX is seeking a bilingual professional to combine account management and customer support duties. You will be the main point of contact for partners and clients, delivering prompt assistance while nurturing long‑term relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and respond to client inquiries across multiple channels, ensuring high satisfaction.
• Provide timely troubleshooting and product information to customers.
• Escalate complex technical or account issues to internal teams and track resolution.
• Serve as primary contact for an assigned portfolio of partners, maintaining strong professional relationships.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve client and partner requests efficiently.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in customer support, account management or B2B client relations.
• Fluent written and spoken Korean and English.
• Strong organizational, multitasking and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems.
• Familiarity with modern customer support/help‑desk platforms.
