Account Manager – Business Development (Cybersecurity)

About the role

Odyssey is seeking an energetic Account Manager to join its Business Development team. You will be responsible for cultivating long‑term relationships with assigned customers, driving revenue growth and ensuring high levels of satisfaction across our cybersecurity portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain a healthy sales pipeline, moving opportunities to closure.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver value‑driven solutions.
• Maintain accurate pipeline management and timely deal‑stage updates.
• Analyze weekly reports, identify issues and implement corrective actions.
• Support strategic customers, strengthen key relationships and influence project initiation.
• Act as a company ambassador, identifying new business opportunities.
• Prepare customer proposals in partnership with internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Excellent written and oral Greek and English.
• Outgoing, confident personality with a strong winning mentality.
• Highly organized, driven and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong business acumen and ability to think strategically about client needs.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 2‑3 years of sales account management experience.
• Network contacts in Cyprus and prior exposure to cybersecurity solutions are a plus.
