Trainee Lawyer Internship

About the role

The Trainee Lawyer internship at LLT LAW is a hybrid position based in Cyprus, combining office work with flexible home‑working options. You will gain exposure to complex, international commercial matters while working in a culture that values excellence and integrity.

Key responsibilities

• Support lawyers with legal research and analysis.
• Draft, review and edit contracts, memos, correspondence and other legal documents.
• Prepare case files, assist with due diligence and transaction support.
• Handle client correspondence under supervision and maintain matter documentation.
• Assist in preparing court or regulatory submissions.
• Attend internal meetings, shadow client discussions when appropriate, and participate in training sessions.

Required profile

• Strong academic background in Law (LLB or equivalent; ongoing studies or recent graduate).
• Interest in commercial and corporate practice.
• Excellent legal research, analytical and drafting skills with high attention to detail.
• Organizational and time‑management abilities to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Professional written and verbal communication in English; Greek or other languages are a plus.
• Ethical mindset, discretion with confidential information and commitment to continuous learning.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Experience using document management tools.
