Technical Recruiter – Engineering Hiring (Cyprus)

About the role

Ruby Labs is looking for a Technical Recruiter to lead the acquisition of engineering talent across Cyprus. The role partners closely with engineering leaders and hiring managers, leveraging local market knowledge and bilingual fluency in Russian and English.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end recruitment for developer and engineering positions, from resume screening to technical interviews.
• Source high‑quality candidates through job boards, social media, networking events, and proactive outreach in the Cyprus tech market.
• Maintain and optimise the Applicant Tracking System to ensure accurate records and efficient workflow.
• Provide timely, constructive feedback to candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand technical hiring priorities and deliver strategic recruitment support.
• Contribute ideas to continuously improve recruitment processes and share best practices.
• Stay updated on talent market trends in Cyprus and the wider region to adapt recruitment strategies.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a fast‑paced, tech‑focused environment.
• Proven experience with popular ATS platforms such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Ashby.
• Strong organisational and project‑management abilities, capable of handling multiple requisitions simultaneously.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for engaging candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Proactive, resourceful approach to sourcing and building talent pipelines.
