Senior Marketing & Growth Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Marketing & Growth Analyst to join indrive’s Growth Business Analytics team in Cyprus. The role focuses on driving business growth for our Food Delivery and Dark Store operations through data‑driven CRM, promotions, loyalty programmes and personalised customer experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Own the analytical framework for CRM, promotions, loyalty programmes, customer engagement and lifecycle marketing initiatives.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of promotional mechanics, personalised offers, discount strategies, coupons, cashback campaigns, referral and retention programmes.
• Design, execute and analyse A/B tests and multivariate experiments across CRM, product and marketing channels.
• Measure incrementality and causal impact of marketing activities using statistical methods and experimentation frameworks.
• Analyse customer behaviour across acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, reactivation and churn prevention.
• Build customer segmentation frameworks using behavioural, transactional, demographic and predictive signals.
• Develop dashboards and automated reporting to monitor promotional performance, CRM efficiency, LTV, ROI and business KPIs.
• Partner with Commercial and Pricing teams to evaluate pricing strategies, promotional investments and unit economics.
• Build forecasting models and scenario analyses to support budgeting, planning and strategic decision‑making.
• Identify optimisation opportunities across the customer journey to maximise conversion, retention and profitability.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience in marketing analytics and growth initiatives.
• Proven ability to design, execute and analyse A/B tests and multivariate experiments.
• Strong statistical background for measuring incrementality and causal impact.
• Experience building forecasting and scenario models to support budgeting and strategic decisions.
