Senior Analytics Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Analytics Engineer to own the end‑to‑end data lifecycle for Operations. You will design, build, and maintain trustworthy data products, influence process improvements, and partner closely with Operations and Trust & Risk Intelligence teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own the Operations data model (reconciliation, treasury, payments, lifecycle, onboarding) and deliver reliable data products to the data warehouse.
• Partner with Operations stakeholders for ad‑hoc queries, recurring reporting, and self‑service enablement.
• Analyze underlying processes, identify manual or fragile hand‑offs, and propose tooling solutions.
• Define and maintain key metrics such as reconciliation accuracy, treasury positions, payment success/failure rates, and onboarding conversion.
• Participate in data quality and governance initiatives for the Operations domain.
• Bring process and product improvement ideas to stakeholders and help implement them.

Required profile

• Several years of experience as an analytics engineer or senior analyst on technical data projects.
• Strong background in data modeling on modern data platforms.
• Ability to work closely with business stakeholders and translate operational needs into data solutions.
• Proactive mindset to identify automation opportunities and drive process change.
