Relocation Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Relocation Specialist to join our Relocation Team at Scorewarrior in Limassol. You will support employees throughout all stages of relocation, immigration, and business travel, ensuring high‑quality service and genuine care.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate end‑to‑end employee relocations to Cyprus, including visa and immigration support, family and dependent moves, and pet relocation.
• Prepare, review and manage immigration documentation for employees and their families.
• Plan and coordinate worldwide business trips for staff.
• Monitor timelines for residence permits, visas and work permits, handling renewals and status changes.
• Provide immigration, travel and long‑term planning support, including citizenship‑related queries.
• Collaborate closely with HR, Recruiting, Hiring Managers and external partners.
• Participate in continuous improvement of relocation and travel processes.

Required profile

• Higher education degree.
• Minimum 2 years experience in Global Mobility or Relocation.
• Currently based in Cyprus with solid knowledge of Cyprus immigration requirements.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Knowledge of Greek is a strong advantage.
