Project Manager

About the role

bbf is a fast‑growing property company operating in Cyprus and Greece. The Development Department is expanding and seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead construction projects from concept to commissioning.

Key responsibilities

• Organise and manage projects from initiation through commissioning, monitoring budget, timeline and quality.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects and stakeholders to define specifications and review technical drawings.
• Oversee project administration, correspondence, data flow and on‑site construction operations.
• Conduct site inspections, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with codes, QA/QC policies and health & safety regulations.
• Prepare cost estimations, detailed progress reports and manage material scheduling and budgeting.

Required profile

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of construction industry experience.
• Fluency in Greek and English; Russian is a plus.
• Strong planning, problem‑solving and leadership abilities.
