Product Manager

About the role

EY Consulting is looking for a Product Manager to join its Europe Central (EC) cluster. The role will support the delivery of market‑leading services to clients in Cyprus and across the globe, shaping product strategy and driving execution within a fast‑moving, technology‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with cross‑functional stakeholders, acting as the central coordination point across engineering, design, marketing, business teams and third‑party vendors.
• Define and continuously refine the product backlog, translating market insights and user feedback into epics, features and user stories.
• Participate in agile ceremonies, provide product concepts, and approve development deliverables.
• Develop a clear product vision, roadmap and go‑to‑market strategy, aligning with business objectives.
• Conduct market research, analyse trends, and identify customer personas, opportunities and threats.
• Launch products, collaborate with marketing on messaging and positioning, and track performance through KPIs and user feedback.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably within technology, business transformation, digital services or consulting.
• Excellent communication, presentation and writing skills in English (Greek optional).
• Proven ability to engage, influence and inspire partners and stakeholders.
