IT Help Desk Specialist – First-Level Support

About the role

We are seeking a motivated, client‑focused IT Help Desk Specialist to join our Nicosia team. In this role you will be the first point of contact for users, providing prompt assistance and ensuring smooth operation of our applications.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑level support for user questions and technical issues.
• Make minor adjustments to applications as required.
• Manage user accounts, including creation and maintenance.
• Escalate complex incidents to second‑level support or vendors.
• Document problems and solutions accurately.
• Participate in training sessions to deepen application knowledge.
• Collaborate with the IT team to improve the application and user satisfaction.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
• Flexible and adaptable in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Willingness to learn and develop.
• Analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluent in Greek and English.
• Military obligations fulfilled.
