Head of Supply (Couriers)

About the role

The Head of Supply (Couriers) is a senior leadership position responsible for the performance of the courier supply marketplace across multiple markets. You will ensure the current business runs efficiently while building the supply model needed for future growth.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain marketplace health by balancing supply and demand, monitoring courier availability, utilisation, and productivity.
• Own geographic coverage, supply density, and readiness for market expansion.
• Develop and maintain supply forecasting models with defined accuracy targets.
• Manage the end‑to‑end courier acquisition funnel, set CAC targets, budgets, and channel mix, and run digital, referral, offline and partnership programmes.
• Design scalable acquisition playbooks and a structured experimentation framework to improve efficiency.
• Define global courier positioning, value proposition, and communication strategy for acquisition, retention and re‑activation.
• Own and allocate budgets for acquisition, incentives, referral and supply marketing, establishing clear CAC, payback, ROI and impact frameworks.
• Monitor and act on critical supply‑side metrics such as SLA achievement, done rate and acceptance rate.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a senior supply or operations leadership role within delivery or logistics.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to build forecasting models and interpret marketplace metrics.
• Demonstrated capability to design and execute large‑scale acquisition and marketing programmes across multiple markets.
• Experience managing budgets, ROI analysis and cross‑functional stakeholder collaboration.
