Head of Development

About the role

We are looking for a Head of Development to lead engineering across NAGA’s trading, banking, social and platform products. This senior, hands‑on role combines technical leadership, AI delivery and multi‑team management to shape the future of a regulated, real‑money brokerage.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and grow multiple engineering teams, including managers and tech leads.
• Own end‑to‑end delivery: architecture, roadmap execution, release cadence and production reliability.
• Stay hands‑on by reviewing designs and code, setting technical standards and contributing on critical paths.
• Drive AI and LLM initiatives from prototype to production, covering personalization, market analysis and automation.
• Ensure systems comply with regulatory, security and resilience requirements of a licensed multi‑asset broker.
• Define infrastructure strategy, scalability and cloud cost efficiency.
• Partner with Product, Compliance and the executive team, reporting on delivery, headcount and technical risk.

Required profile

• Deep expertise in trading and brokerage across CFDs, forex, equities, ETFs and crypto, including order flow, market data and FIX connectivity.
• Hands‑on experience designing, building and shipping AI/LLM‑based systems.
• Strong software development background with active coding and code review.
• Proven track record managing several engineering teams simultaneously.
• Experience working in a regulated financial services environment (e.g., CySEC, FCA).
• Ownership of large‑scale, high‑availability, low‑latency production systems.
