Growth Product Manager

About the role

FxPro is looking for a Growth Product Manager to own the end‑to‑end customer lifecycle. You will transform the CRM function into a performance‑driven engine that boosts conversion, retention and lifetime value across our fintech platform.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute a CRM strategy focused on conversion, retention and reactivation throughout the customer journey.
• Own and continuously improve automated CRM flows such as welcome, onboarding, reactivation and cross‑sell sequences.
• Define CRM data requirements and collaborate with Product and Data teams to enable personalised experiences.
• Leverage segmentation, behavioural triggers and contextual data to craft targeted communications across email, SMS, in‑app and push channels.
• Implement A/B testing frameworks, analyse uplift and iterate campaigns based on results.
• Maintain CRM reporting, tracking metrics like open rate, CTR, conversion rate, revenue impact, LTV and cohort performance.
• Partner with copywriters, designers and developers to bring campaigns to life while ensuring regulatory compliance and data integrity.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Growth Product Manager or in a similar lifecycle/retention role, preferably within fintech or a regulated industry.
• Strong analytical mindset with comfort interpreting CRM metrics such as LTV, churn, conversion rates and cohort analysis.
• Hands‑on experience designing, running and interpreting A/B tests.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, able to work with senior leadership and cross‑functional teams.
• Detail‑oriented and data‑driven approach.
