ERP Product Manager

About the role

FxPro, a leading international fintech company, is looking for an ERP Product Manager to own and evolve its internal ERP platform used by Business Development, Customer Support, Accounting and Back‑Office teams. The role focuses on discovery, prioritisation and improving internal workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Own product discovery and prioritisation for the internal ERP platform.
• Build and maintain the product roadmap for internal tools.
• Collect, structure and evaluate requests from Operations, Business Development, Customer Support, Back Office, Accounting and other internal stakeholders.
• Identify the real problem behind stakeholder requests rather than treating solutions as requirements.
• Prioritise initiatives based on business impact, user pain, operational efficiency and implementation complexity.
• Make product decisions and challenge or reject requests when alternative solutions add more value.
• Engage directly with internal users through interviews, workflow analysis, observation and discovery sessions.
• Identify opportunities to automate repetitive operational and business processes.
• Participate in discussions on new customer‑facing features and define required internal capabilities.
• Ensure Customer Support and Operations have the necessary data, workflows, tools and controls for new product launches.
• Partner with the Delivery team during implementation while retaining ownership of problem definition, requirements and outcomes.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a senior product manager, preferably with internal or ERP‑focused products.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate stakeholder pain points into clear product solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills across Operations, Business Development and Support functions.
• Ability to work independently, set priorities and drive product decisions in a fast‑moving fintech environment.
