Customer Support Representative – Danish Speaker

About the role

As a Customer Support Representative you will interact with customers and assist them with their inquiries. You will represent SkillOnNet, requiring a vibrant, responsible character and the ability to work in shifts.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with customers in Danish via webchat, email, and phone.
• Provide an outstanding client experience, aiming to resolve issues on first contact.
• Investigate player concerns, clarify complaints, determine root causes, and follow up to ensure resolution.
• Escalate requests when necessary and promote a “Safer Gaming” philosophy.
• Stay up‑to‑date on rules, processes, licensing requirements, and contribute to team targets.

Required profile

• Native‑level fluency in Danish.
• Strong communication, active listening, and customer‑orientation.
• Ability to work under pressure, with high accountability and trustworthiness.
• Proficiency with computers and fast, accurate touch‑typing.
