AI Consulting Manager

About the role

EY is seeking an AI Consulting Manager to join its Data and AI Consulting practice within the Europe Central cluster. The role will support clients across Cyprus and internationally in turning business challenges into technology‑enabled solutions while embedding responsible AI and data governance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end Data & AI projects, from problem framing to deployment and continuous improvement.
• Guide clients on responsible AI, data governance, security, and regulatory considerations.
• Manage project delivery, including timelines, milestones, risks, quality, budget tracking, and client communications.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across consulting, data, AI, architecture, technology, and external partners.
• Coach junior colleagues, review deliverables, and contribute to practice development.
• Support proposal creation, presentations, solution ideas, and reusable assets.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in Data & AI, technology consulting, digital transformation, or related fields.
• Strong technical foundation in computer science, engineering, data science, or information systems.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into clear use cases and solution requirements.
• Experience managing client expectations, project risks, and delivery quality.
• Awareness of responsible AI, data governance, privacy, cybersecurity, and relevant regulations.
