Account Manager – Europe (Cyprus Resident)

About the role

Amigo Gaming is looking for a motivated Account Manager to support its European market from Cyprus. The role is contract‑based, with the possibility of becoming ongoing depending on performance and business needs. You will act as the main post‑sale contact, driving growth and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with customers throughout the post‑sale process.
• Upsell and promote new products, driving cross‑sell and expansion opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Improve product positioning and ensure efficient promotion of both existing and new offerings.
• Develop and maintain long‑term relationships with clients.
• Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing manager for seamless communication.
• Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience.
• Travel occasionally as needed.

• Proven track record of sales performance.
• Analytical, structured, solution‑oriented mindset.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strategic relationships.
• Good financial knowledge and negotiation skills.
