Trading Software Engineer (MT4/MT5 Admin)

About the role

INGOT is looking for a Trading Software Engineer to manage and maintain MT4/MT5 trading platforms in Limassol. You will ensure the platforms run smoothly, handle bridge technologies, and support liquidity providers while delivering a reliable trading experience.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and monitor MT4/MT5 platforms, bridges, and third‑party plugins.
• Configure MT4/MT5 settings (groups, securities, margin, leverage) and bridge parameters (markup, slippage, execution delays).
• Manage liquidity providers, resolve price quote issues, and monitor real‑time server performance.
• Install, configure, and update server‑side plugins and third‑party monitoring tools.
• Create and update new trading instruments, offers, and group allocations.
• Restart platforms daily during market breaks and handle any technical incidents.
• Assist Dealing and Hedge departments with exposure balancing and trade/account issue resolution.
• Collaborate with other teams to streamline the overall trading workflow.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Finance or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within the Forex industry.
• Fluent English communication skills.
