Systems Support & Implementation Officer

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Systems Support & Implementation Officer who loves technology, enjoys solving problems and wants to grow in an innovative environment. You will play an active part in installing, configuring, supporting and training customers on a range of modern security and retail technology solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure and provide first‑line support for security and retail technology systems.
• Train customers on the use of solutions such as Security Systems, BigChange Footfall, Cam Pricer, Electronic Shelf Labels (ESL), Tracker Systems, Electronic Article Surveillance (EAS) and Microsoft 365.
• Collaborate with customers, technicians, suppliers and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Document incidents, resolutions and contribute to continuous improvement of support processes.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or a related field.
• Experience in technical support, software implementation or IT services.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving attitude.
• Excellent command of Greek and English.
• Team spirit, responsibility and professionalism.
• Passion for technology and a willingness to continuously learn.
