People Partner

About the role

We are a product‑focused IT company creating high‑traffic projects in entertainment, gaming and sports. We are looking for an ambitious People Partner to join our team and help shape a comfortable, collaborative work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct onboarding, off‑boarding and performance reviews.
• Support new hires throughout their adaptation period and facilitate their integration into teams.
• Provide HR consulting, ongoing support and feedback to existing employees.
• Maintain effective communication with department members via internal chat channels.
• Collaborate with the documentation department on hiring, termination and contract extensions.
• Gather and deliver information requested by the HR and documentation departments.

Required profile

• Excellent communication skills and ability to build trust‑based relationships.
• High stress tolerance and strong multitasking capabilities.
• Flexibility, adaptability to change and a strong desire to learn.
• English proficiency at B2 level; Greek knowledge is a plus.
• Solid understanding of HR functional blocks and experience in a similar role.
• Knowledge of Cyprus labour and migration legislation and related documentation formats.
• Quickly establish communication with key stakeholders and master new tools.
