UI/UX Designer

About the role

EY Consulting is looking for a UI/UX Designer to join its Transformation Realized consulting practice in Cyprus, which is part of the Central, Eastern and Southeastern Europe and Central Asia cluster. The team works with clients across industries and wants a designer passionate about UX/UI to help push the boundaries of design and innovation across a range of services and products.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct user research to understand target users, their needs and pain points
• Create wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity designs that communicate the intended user experience
• Collaborate with product managers and developers to define project goals, scope and functionality
• Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across digital products
• Iterate on designs based on user feedback, usability testing and data-driven insights

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in design, or clearly demonstrated work experience as a UX/UI designer in a design team
• Knowledge of human-centered design and the end-to-end design process, including research, personas, concept creation, customer journeys, user flows, mockups, prototypes, user testing and visual design deliverables
• Ideally: experience in collaborative design workshops, conducted user research or user testing, and other creative skills
• Ability to work autonomously, in a dynamic environment and under pressure, with good communication skills and confidentiality

Required skills

• Excellent technical skills in visual design and prototyping software such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
• Ability to design wireframes all the way through to final UI
