Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

TradingView is the world’s largest financial analysis platform, serving over 100 million users in more than 180 countries. As the company continues to scale, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to own our IT hiring and contribute to broader HR initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Full‑cycle recruitment for IT positions, from sourcing to offer.
• Proactively source and engage candidates through multiple channels.
• Conduct initial interviews and assess soft‑skills and cultural fit.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define requirements and gather feedback.
• Coordinate all stages of the hiring process and support candidates through to contract signing.
• Maintain candidate data in our ATS (TeamTailor) and participate in HR projects such as process automation and employer branding.

Required profile

• At least 4 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a product or tech environment.
• Proven track record hiring for IT functions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Detail‑oriented, able to manage multiple open roles simultaneously.
• Upper‑Intermediate English proficiency or higher.
