Staff Software Engineer

About the role

We are building a security layer for AI agents operating inside large enterprises. The system sits in the path of every agent action, intercepting destructive operations and data exfiltration before they reach their target. The approach relies on an AI‑driven factory where agents handle most implementation while engineers guide, review, and continuously raise the capabilities of the platform.

Key responsibilities

• Own significant product functionality end‑to‑end: design, build, ship, and maintain.
• Develop and refine agent workflows, automating tasks that improve team efficiency and quality.
• Set technical direction and serve as the go‑to authority for architecture and design decisions.
• Mentor team members, conduct pair programming, and elevate engineering practices across the group.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience building production software in C++, Go, Rust, or similar languages.
• Proven experience with high‑throughput, low‑latency network infrastructure such as proxies, gateways, sidecars, or data‑plane services.
• Track record shipping such infrastructure to large enterprises, including deployment in customer‑controlled environments, passing security reviews, and integrating with existing gateway and SIEM stacks.
• 3+ years in a technical leadership role setting direction for project teams.
• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
