Staff Product Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Staff Product Manager to lead the creation and growth of a new AI data‑training platform. You will shape the product from early validation through launch and international scaling, connecting AI companies with a distributed network of data contributors.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end product strategy, roadmap and outcomes for the Data Tasks platform.
• Translate buyer requirements into scalable collection, annotation and quality‑control workflows.
• Design the full product journey for enterprise buyers and task contributors.
• Build capabilities for task creation, distribution, onboarding, payouts, data submission, validation, labeling and dataset delivery.
• Define the balance between internal development, external platforms and specialized partners.
• Establish product metrics covering demand, supply, data quality, unit economics and contributor experience.
• Run discovery and experiments to improve acquisition, activation, task completion, retention and payout experience.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Engineering, Data, Operations, Legal, Privacy, Information Security and market teams.
• Ensure support for multiple data types (audio, text, images, video, multimodal) across countries and use cases.

Required profile

• Significant product management experience at Staff, Principal or equivalent level.
• Proven track record building and scaling new products or platforms from early stages.
• Strong systems thinking and ability to design end‑to‑end products involving multiple users and workflows.
• Experience with B2B platforms, marketplaces, crowdsourcing, data products or AI/ML infrastructure.
• Commercial judgement linking customer needs, product decisions and unit economics.
• Ability to work with enterprise customers and translate technical requirements into scalable solutions.
• Strong analytical skills, metric definition, experiment design and decision‑making under uncertainty.
• Independent operator who can bring clarity to ambiguity and influence senior stakeholders.
• Fluent English with excellent written and verbal communication.
