Senior Technical Product Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager to own the end‑to‑end health, performance and evolution of our B2B hospitality distribution platform. The platform connects hotels with major travel marketplaces, including a strategic partnership with Airbnb, and generates revenue through integrated partner channels.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor production incidents, support tickets and system metrics to identify high‑impact problems and eliminate root causes.
• Assess technical debt, operational inefficiencies and quantify their cost to the business.
• Define and maintain a lightweight process for issue tracking, prioritisation and resolution.
• Analyse existing partner integrations to uncover under‑used features, missed capabilities and new connection opportunities.
• Drive initiatives that increase revenue, improve operational efficiency and boost customer satisfaction.
• Own a transparent roadmap that balances reliability, technical investment and commercial opportunities.
• Collaborate across Engineering, Support, Operations, Sales, Leadership and external partners to deliver solutions.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Technical Product Management or Engineering Management with full ownership of complex B2B SaaS platforms.
• Proven ability to work on ambiguous problems without a predefined backlog.
• Strong analytical mindset, comfortable reading logs, dashboards and SQL queries while also discussing P&L impacts.
• Experience with integration‑heavy marketplaces and hospitality‑tech ecosystems.
