Senior Product Manager – Identity & Growth

About the role

As Senior Product Manager – Identity & Growth you will own the end‑to‑end vision, strategy and execution of our registration and authorization funnels. You will balance seamless user conversion with fraud prevention, security and strict global compliance such as GDPR and local data‑privacy rules.

Key responsibilities

• Boost sign‑up and login conversion rates by designing friction‑low onboarding flows while controlling fraud and security risks.
• Partner with design and research teams to create simple, accessible user experiences that reduce drop‑offs.
• Align business, engineering and security teams to build and execute complex product roadmaps.
• Own domain economics, build financial models and reduce costly communication channels (SMS/OTP) without hurting verification rates.
• Ensure compliance with data‑privacy laws and manage technical debt, project risks and GDPR requirements.
• Leverage advanced analytics, session stitching and high‑frequency A/B testing to continuously optimise performance.

Required profile

• 3+ years of product management experience in high‑volume marketplaces, ride‑hailing, fintech or e‑commerce.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent experiments and conduct rigorous post‑analysis.
• Experience coordinating 5+ departments and handling risk evaluation.
• Professional working proficiency in English (B2/C1+).

Required skills

• Session stitching and high‑frequency A/B testing.
• Understanding of authentication channels (SMS, WhatsApp, Push, Passkeys) and their cost/conversion trade‑offs.
• Basic knowledge of microservices architecture.
• Financial modelling for domain cost optimisation.
