Senior Accountant

About the role

Our client, a fast‑growing international health and wellness group, is seeking a Senior Accountant to take ownership of accounting and financial reporting across its multi‑entity operations. The role will initially focus on hands‑on accounting, month‑end close and financial control for the Cyprus entity, with a clear pathway to corporate finance and M&A exposure.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the monthly accounting and close process for multiple legal entities, with primary responsibility for Cyprus.
• Prepare consolidated P&L, balance‑sheet and cash‑flow statements.
• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable and bank reconciliations.
• Support tax compliance in collaboration with local advisors.
• Maintain financial controls and ensure accurate, timely reporting.
• Identify and resolve accounting discrepancies.
• Coordinate with external accountants and financial reporting providers.

Required profile

• 4–7 years of experience in accounting, financial reporting or financial control.
• Proven ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Cyprus accounting standards is a plus.
