NOC Engineer – Full‑time, 24/7 Shifts

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time NOC Engineer to join our Limassol office. The role involves monitoring the company’s networks and services from the Network Operations Center and providing first‑level troubleshooting around the clock.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor networks and services using NOC tools and systems.
• Maintain and execute standard operating procedures.
• Analyse alarms, identify problem areas and escalate as needed.
• Manage tickets and assign based on urgency.
• Perform fast, efficient first‑level troubleshooting.
• Carry out data‑center tasks such as racking and cabling.

Required profile

• University or Associate degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Basic networking knowledge.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows.
• Fluency in Greek and English (written & spoken).
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Willingness to work a 24/7 shift rotation.

Required skills

• Networking fundamentals.
• Microsoft Windows operating system.
• Linux/Unix system administration (considered a plus).
• Understanding of DNS concepts (considered a plus).
