Head of Video

About the role

CoinPoker is looking for a Head of Video to lead the strategy, production and performance of its long‑form and short‑form video content. Reporting to senior management, you will own the YouTube channel and all short‑form outputs, ensuring they align with the brand and drive audience growth.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the video content strategy, establishing repeatable formats, target audiences and the role of each channel across long‑form and short‑form.
• Lead the production team end‑to‑end, from format selection and planning through edit direction, packaging and delivery to the Head of Social.
• Build, manage and develop the production team—including editors and specialist roles—while maintaining consistent briefing standards.
• Oversee the long‑form to short‑form pipeline, converting long‑form assets into platform‑native clips and using short‑form performance data to guide investment.
• Produce video assets for marketing campaigns, collaborating with creative, ambassador and CRM teams and coordinating partner collaborations.
• Own content performance analytics, establish metrics frameworks, conduct regular reviews with the Head of Social and translate insights into format and packaging decisions.
• Report to senior management on audience growth, content performance and contribution to commercial objectives.

Required profile

• Proven track record growing audiences through both long‑form and short‑form video, with deep expertise in at least one format and fluency in the other.
• Demonstrated experience building and leading a video production team, including editors and specialist contributors.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to define metrics, interpret performance data and make data‑driven content decisions.
