Head of Non-violence Program

About the role

We are seeking a bold, strategic, and impact‑driven leader to head our flagship Non‑violence Program. The initiative aims to reduce domestic violence by promoting healthy relationships through media, advocacy, education and systemic change, with a long‑term goal of scaling across multiple countries.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the full project lifecycle from strategic design to hands‑on execution of a large‑scale impact initiative.
• Design and implement behavioural‑change programmes that use media, art, storytelling and digital platforms to shift cultural norms.
• Engage media, influencers and cultural leaders to create high‑impact awareness campaigns and public dialogues.
• Develop and execute advocacy strategies to influence public policy and legislative proposals.
• Build strategic partnerships with civil‑society organisations, cultural institutions, academic bodies and policy stakeholders.
• Establish robust data and monitoring systems to measure long‑term social impact.
• Create a global scaling strategy and a replicable implementation playbook for rollout in additional countries.
• Ensure alignment and collaboration with internal teams and external partners to deliver measurable, sustainable results.
