About the role

Deloitte Cyprus offers a permanent Graduate Training Programme that combines on‑the‑job experience with full sponsorship for recognised professional qualifications. As a graduate you will join client‑facing projects from day one, working across a range of service lines and gaining exposure to real business challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver audit, assurance, strategy, risk, tax and business process solutions projects for Deloitte clients.
• Collaborate with senior colleagues and international experts to develop innovative solutions.
• Participate in live client engagements, contributing to analysis, reporting and problem‑solving.
• Support the preparation for professional qualification exams and related study activities.
• Engage in continuous learning through formal training and on‑the‑job coaching.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or final‑year student from any discipline.
• Meets entry requirements: UK minimum 2:1, US GPA ≥ 3.3, Cyprus GPA ≥ 3.2/4.
• Motivated to start a career in professional services and willing to work in a client‑focused environment.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to work collaboratively.
