Danish Speaking Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are looking for a Danish‑speaking Customer Service Representative to join our on‑site team in Larnaca, Cyprus. You will be the first point of contact for users of our gaming platform, delivering friendly and efficient assistance across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality support to users via phone, email and live chat.
• Assist with account‑related, technical and platform inquiries, including password resets and payment issues.
• Troubleshoot technical problems and offer clear, solution‑oriented guidance.
• Maintain a professional, customer‑focused attitude in all interactions.
• Accurately document each contact and relevant case information.
• Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
• Meet defined quality, productivity, customer satisfaction and attendance targets.

Required profile

• Native or fluent Danish speaker (minimum C1 level).
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Completed secondary education.
• Previous customer service experience is an advantage.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving and multitasking abilities.
• Reliable, friendly and customer‑oriented attitude.
• Clean criminal record.
• Willingness to relocate to and work on‑site in Larnaca, Cyprus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with computers and standard office software.
