Client Relationship Manager (English Speaker)

About the role

Join IC Markets as a Client Relationship Manager, supporting English‑speaking clients through onboarding, platform education and ongoing relationship management. This full‑time, on‑site role in Limassol focuses on delivering excellent service and driving business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Assist clients throughout the onboarding process and manage relationships with both clients and partners.
• Educate clients on using the company’s trading platforms and products.
• Proactively contact clients by telephone and email to promote services.
• Handle incoming client queries via phone and email.
• Enter and maintain detailed records of communications in company systems.
• Research regional business opportunities and ensure KPIs are met.
• Support various departments as required and organize personal workflow.
• Undertake additional tasks necessary for job success.

Required profile

• Fluent verbal and written English to business standard.
• At least two years of experience in the Forex industry in a similar role.
• Client‑focused with strong negotiation and customer service skills.
• Broad understanding of financial markets and trading, preferably foreign exchange.
• Dynamic, self‑motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team.
• High level of professionalism and personal integrity.
