B2B Pricing Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a B2B Pricing Specialist to drive data‑based pricing decisions across our commercial operations. Working remotely, you will analyze pricing strategies, monitor market dynamics and identify margin opportunities to support sustainable business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor daily sales dynamics across multiple segments (brand, country, supplier, partners, business lines).
• Analyze core metrics together to build a comprehensive view of performance.
• Work with large datasets, pinpoint key events and root causes behind metric changes.
• Develop and implement solutions that improve pricing trends.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to justify pricing measures, build action plans and track results.
• Present findings clearly using charts and numbers, and defend pricing decisions under pressure.
• Communicate daily with the commercial team, gather market feedback and synthesize it into actionable summaries.
• Validate data quality, resolve discrepancies and process internal pricing requests.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in analytics, pricing, revenue management or commercial analytics.
• Upper‑intermediate English proficiency (B2) or higher.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and ability to identify root causes.
• Experience handling large data sets and structured, systematic thinking.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas, charts, cubes).
• Basic SQL (read/modify queries, simple data extraction).
• Familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) – a plus.
