AI-Driven DevOps Engineer

About the role

We are seeking an AI‑Driven DevOps Engineer to join our Trading System Support Department. The role focuses on applying artificial intelligence to enhance software delivery, infrastructure automation, observability, and incident response within a fast‑growing fintech environment.

Key responsibilities

• Drive adoption of AI‑powered tools and practices across DevOps and engineering workflows.
• Design, prototype, and implement AI‑enabled solutions for infrastructure automation, deployment, incident investigation, monitoring, documentation, and operational efficiency.
• Explore practical applications of large language models, AI agents, and AI‑assisted development tools in DevOps environments.
• Build and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automated deployment processes.
• Develop, support, and improve CI/CD pipelines to ensure reliable and efficient software delivery.
• Create and maintain containerised application platforms using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Support and evolve monitoring, logging, alerting, and observability solutions.
• Automate repetitive operational tasks and improve engineering workflows.
• Participate in incident response, root‑cause analysis, and implementation of long‑term reliability improvements.
• Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, cross‑functional teams, and external contractors to improve delivery and operational processes.
• Maintain technical documentation for DevOps and AI‑enabled solutions.

Required profile

• At least 3 years of commercial experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, SRE, or a similar role.
• Strong, genuine interest in AI within DevOps and a clear understanding of how AI can improve engineering productivity, automation, observability, reliability, and incident management.
• Hands‑on experience building, supporting, or experimenting with AI‑related projects (professional, personal, or open‑source).
• Curiosity and initiative to continuously test emerging AI tools, models, frameworks, and agent‑based workflows.
• Solid understanding of DevOps fundamentals: automation, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, observability, and reliability.
