Office Manager

About the role

FxPro is seeking an Office Manager to join its HR and Administration department. You will be the first point of contact for visitors, manage daily office operations, and support the team with travel and event coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Handle reception duties including phone calls, emails, faxes, and post.
• Manage office supplies, copying, scanning, and maintain a tidy reception area.
• Welcome and guide visitors, ensuring a professional first impression.
• Coordinate mail handling, both incoming and outgoing.
• Schedule meetings, book conference rooms, and send invitations.
• Organise travel, visas, and accommodation for employees and guests.
• Administer employee benefits such as provident fund and medical insurance.
• Maintain confidential filing systems and update internal databases.
• Assist with company events and liaise with external service providers.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of relevant office administration experience.
• Secretarial studies certificate preferred.
• Strong command of English and Greek.
• Professional appearance, punctuality, and trustworthiness.
• Excellent organisational, multitasking, and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and grow within a dynamic fintech environment.
